South County – This $3.5 million homebuyer assistance program provides 10-year simple interest only down payment loans up to $125,000 to help low to middle income workforce homebuyers in South County purchase a home. Ventura County Community Development Corporation (VCCDC)

Living in California, one of the biggest barriers to becoming a homeowner is having the finances to afford a down payment. Our Lending team will work with you to access as much down payment assistance and closing cost assistance as you can qualify for! Through assistance programs like WISH, CALHOME and Hope to Home, we’ve funded more than $8.4 million in down payment assistance for low and moderate income homebuyers. Check out the information below to learn more about our programs. To learn more, visit their website.

HOME BUYING EDUCATION

Since lack of information can be one of the biggest obstacles to home ownership, we provide home buying education webinars as well as an online resource tool to help your employees on their path to home ownership. Our annual home buying fairs provide the information,
tools and resources to navigate the complex home buying process. Sign up for a webinar.
