This website was created to provide local employees of Coastal Housing Partnership member companies with a simple way to search for rentals that meet their housing needs. Local landlords are able to post their listings in Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties for free. Access to this service is provided to employees at no charge. We will show you how to register, see the Rental Assistance listings, and save your search criteria for rental notifications.

Learn about the Workforce Homebuyer Program which provides low-to-middle income home buyers down payment loans, which enables them to secure conventional financing and removes financial barriers to the dream of home ownership by lowering home acquisition and carrying costs. Our loans help qualified working families and individuals to buy a home that provides a stable residence that strengthens the family and the neighborhood. Our innovative Workforce Homebuyer Program provides down payment loans up to $100,000 in Northern Santa Barbara County and up to $125,000 in Southern Santa Barbara County. We will discuss program eligibility and and program guidelines.
