Professional Experience: Having started out in the Title Industry in 1994 assisted in my transition into Mortgage Lending in 2003. Coming in with the title aspect of the industry gave me the perspective needed in order to be successful in serving our clients in the best way possible. As mortgage guidelines and regulations are continually changing, I understand that no two clients are the same in their needs and desires for their home mortgage needs, and am confident in my knowledge and expertise in order to provide them with the best options available. And having journeyed through the mortgage boom and crises several years ago, I know that I am committed to the mortgage industry long term, walking ahead with honest principles and ethical practices that both I and my company are proud to share.
Personally, I enjoy life and love to share my experiences with those around me. I have broadened my outlook with constant travel. Having been to Spain, Ireland, England, New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Nicaragua, Thailand, India and Japan, as well as many states from the front of a U-Haul to the seat of a Harley, I think it is fair to say that I have a great appreciation for different cultures. It is fascinating to observe traditions and rituals of others, and then realize that regardless of where on the globe one lives, we can still find similarities in each other.
I am always ready for a good cup of coffee and in search of a post card to add to my collection. I look forward to meeting and working with anyone looking for a personal mortgage lender.

Community Involvement: American Pacific Mortgage is committed to the community we live in. We are passionate about dedicating time and resources as we partner with local groups to assure that those in our community is taken care of. Here are some ways that Greg is currently connected to groups that serve Ventura County.
Greg have been members of Rotary since 2010 with ongoing involvement with the International Committee, Youth Services, and local charity projects. He currently services as the assistant to the International Chair. He has traveled with Rotary to India (2011) and Nicaragua (several occasions).
Greg has been involved in various ways with The Ventura Y since 2010 through personal and business contributions, volunteerism with the summer camping as a camp counselor for the week long away camp program, and as a volunteer and contributor for the annual campaign.
Greg has recently joined in support with the Ventura Police Community Foundation through financial support and the involvement with their ongoing events.
Greg has worked alongside KIRF, the Kirwin International Relief Foundation, with relief work this past fall in Texas (following the hurricane) and in Ventura County with the recent Thomas Fire.
