My name is B.J. Ward and I’m the Broker/Owner of Comfort Real Estate Services, Inc.
I’ve lived in the gorgeous coastal region of Ventura County my entire life and have yet to come to grips with how fortunate I am to live in this community and experience the quality of life that we are able to experience on a daily basis. This is Paradise!
I graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2003. In 2004 I obtained my broker license and in January of 2005 I decided to open Comfort Real Estate Services, Inc. In our initial year of business we closed nearly $10 million in real estate sales and we’ve been going strong ever since.
In 2009 I was selected as one of REALTOR® Magazine’s “30 under 30”. The magazine chooses just 30 agents, owners or managers under the age of 30 across the nation to feature for their achievements in the real estate field. This honor is a complete testament to the loyalty of my clients and the quality of agents that make up the Comfort team.
In 2010 I was selected to serve on the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors (VCCAR) board of directors. In 2011 I became a director with the California Association of Realtors (CAR). Also in 2011 I was selected as the VCCAR Broker/Owner of the Year. Volunteerism and giving back are hugely important to me and the Comfort team.
As the years go on Comfort Real Estate Services, Inc. will continue to grow. We will also continue to strengthen our foothold in the local market.
