About Us

Nonprofit Coastal Housing Partnership was created in 1987 by a group of local South Coast employers who found it increasingly difficult to attract and retain talent due to the high cost of housing in our community. They partnered with a network of local real estate professionals who offer savings on their services to employees of Coastal Housing member companies. Over the past 37 years, we’ve expanded our housing benefits to include savings on home purchases, mortgage refinances and selected apartment rentals. Our newly-launched Rental Search site lists rental opportunities in Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties.  We also provide employees with home buying education seminars, home buying fair networking events, and online resources.
