Professional Experience: My wife and I first moved to Ventura County 30 years ago. She went to work for Buenaventura Medical Clinic and I went to work for Chart House Restaurants. We personally got involved with buying and selling Real Estate here in 1996. I have only worked in two industries in my life, Real Estate and Restaurants.
