Coastal Housing Partnership’s 3^rd Annual Home Buying Fair will be on Saturday March 1^st from 10am – 3pm at the Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara. We look forward to presenting several mini-seminars to help make your home buying journey as easy as possible. We will also have dozens of local exhibitors to provide you with resources and information. Coastal Housing Partnership has been helping families purchase homes for over 25 years and we look forward to educating and helping you during this home buying process!

If you’re looking to buy your first home, then this upcoming event is for you! Our 3^rd Annual Home Buying Fair will be held Saturday, March 1^st at Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara. Interested home buyers will have the opportunity to learn how to navigate the home buying process in today’s real estate market. The event will feature complimentary how-to sessions and information on how to successfully find a home, qualify for a mortgage, and how to purchase and maintain your home.

The Home Buying Fair will also feature helpful exhibitors to guide you through buying your dream home. Real estate agents, lenders, credit and financial advisors, and residential builders will be there to help answer all of your home buying questions. In addition to all of the complimentary information, there will be goodie bags and the opportunity to win fun prizes.

Since 1987, we have been working hard to help local employees become home owners through our educational programs and resources. To date, we have helped over 10,000 local employees become home owners!

Tickets are $5 per adult and admission is free for employees of Coastal Housing Partnership Member Employers. Parking is free. We look forward to seeing you there!

Admission is free for all Coastal Housing Partnership employee members and $5 for all non-member adults (children under the age of 18 are free).
