Other Information you would like to share:
My goal, when opening Summit Funding, was to establish a mortgage company where we could work as a team to develop long-term lender and client relationships, while maintaining the highest standard of integrity and confidentiality. I also wanted to create a work environment where all of our employees, loan officers, and affiliates could maintain the same level of success for our clients, while enjoying a sense of accomplishment among ourselves for a job well done.
I believe that because of this philosophy, our mortgage company has enjoyed numerous awards for volume production and quality of loan packaging, as well as recognition from our lenders and clients which has resulted in an expanding business based primarily on client referrals. Our consistent volume of loan origination has enabled us to benefit from special lender pricing which we are able to pass on to our clients.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss ways in which I can help you lower the cost of your mortgage or modify your payments so that your mortgage will be paid off sooner.
